Saturday was election day and Maggie went to the school up the street to do her civic duty while I did mine by watching the kids and making sure they didn't interfere with Taiwanese Democracy. We did this on the swings and on the see-saw. The friendly police-officer guy gave us the yogurt from his lunch box, and even the gangster thug-type was slightly conversant.
Gretchen is walking up a storm. We took the stroller yesterday for convenience. She didn't make it all the way around the 200m track at the school, but she did make it from 6 o'clock to about 3 o'clock.
